이번 군민계획단은 지난 3월 공개모집을 통해 선발됐으며, 관내 사업장 근무자를 포함해 9개 읍면의 다양한 연령층과 직업군을 가진 군민 30여 명이 참여하고 있다.
1차 회의는 9일 음성읍 행정복지센터 대회의실에서 열렸으며, 위촉식과 함께 군기본계획의 이해를 돕는 오리엔테이션이 진행됐다.
