(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부가 13일, 경력법조인 출신 신임검사 임용 대상자 총 48명의 명단을 법무부 홈페이지에 공개했다.
법무부는 2024년부터 다양한 분야에서 경험과 연륜을 갖춘 경력법조인을 검사로 임용하기 위해 검사 선발 절차를 별도로 마련하여 운영하고 있고, 올해는 3개월 정도 앞당겨 절차를 진행했다.

한편, 적격 여부에 관한 의견이 제출된 경우 이에 대한 검토내용을 종합하여 검찰인사위원회에서 최종 임용 여부 결정 예정이다.
