대전광역시교육청은 13일, 2026년도 교육공무직원 채용시험 시행계획을 교육청 누리집을 통해 공식적으로 공고했다.
이번 채용은 일선 학교의 행정 효율성을 높이고, 학생들에게 양질의 교육 복지 서비스를 제공하기 위한 실무 인력을 적기에 확보하려는 조치다.
올해 채용 규모는 총 8개 직종에 걸쳐 291명에 달한다. 가장 많은 인원을 선발하는 분야는 학교 급식의 핵심을 담당하는 조리실무사로 188명을 뽑는다.

교육청은 이번 채용을 통해 현장의 인력 공백을 해소하고, 특히 급식과 돌봄, 특수교육 등 학생들의 생활과 직결된 분야의 지원 체계를 한층 강화한다는 복안이다.
응시 원서 접수는 오는 4월 22일 오전 10시부터 24일 오후 5시까지 사흘간 진행된다. 접수는 대면 방식이 아닌 온라인 교직원 채용시스템(www.edurecruit.go.kr)을 통해서만 가능하다.
선발 과정은 2단계에 걸쳐 엄격하게 진행된다. 5월 16일 치러지는 1차 시험을 시작으로, 6월 10일부터 11일까지 양일간 2차 면접 시험이 이어진다.
최종 합격의 주인공들은 오는 7월 3일 발표될 예정이다.
