대전광역시시설관리공단(이사장 이상태)이 시민들이 직접 공공시설의 개선 사항을 제안하고 예산 편성 과정에 참여하는 ‘주민참여예산제’를 실시한다.
공단은 2027년도 예산안에 시민들의 목소리를 담기 위해 4월 13일부터 5월 31일까지 ‘주민참여예산 사업’ 공모를 진행한다고 밝혔다. 이번 공모는 시설을 이용하는 시민들이 일상에서 체감하는 불편을 해소하고, 공공시설의 서비스 질을 높이기 위한 취지에서 마련됐다.
공모 대상은 공단이 운영하는 모든 시설과 관련된 단년도 사업으로, 구체적으로는 시설 및 환경 개선 ,안전 강화 ,사회적 약자 및 시민 편익 증진을 위한 사업 등이다. 단, 인건비나 법정경비, 이미 시행 중인 사업 등은 공모에서 제외된다.
