선린대 간호학부는 지난 7일 장량초등학교, 9일 포항용산초등학교, 14일 상대초등학교와 각각 현장실습 및 인적교류를 위한 협약을 맺었다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약식에는 각 학교 교장과 교직원, 선린대 간호학부 교수진이 참석해 협력 방안을 논의했다. 협약은 학교와 대학 간 긴밀한 연계를 통해 학생들에게 다양한 교육 현장 경험을 제공하고, 실무 중심 교육의 질을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.
장량초등학교는 학생 참여형 수업과 체험활동 중심 교육을 통해 창의성과 문제해결력 향상에 주력하고 있으며, 포항용산초등학교는 지역사회 연계를 기반으로 체계적인 생활지도와 현장 교육을 운영하고 있다. 상대초등학교는 기초·기본 교육을 중심으로 안전한 교육환경 조성과 전인적 성장 지원에 힘쓰고 있다.
각 학교 교장들은 이번 협약을 계기로 학생들에게 더욱 폭넓은 교육 기회가 제공될 것으로 기대하며, 변화하는 교육 환경에 대응할 수 있는 인재 양성을 위해 적극 협력하겠다는 뜻을 밝혔다.
최효진 선린대 간호학부장은 “지역 학교와의 협력을 통해 학생들이 다양한 현장 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 기반이 마련돼 뜻깊다”며 “앞으로도 실습 교육의 내실화를 위해 지속적인 협력과 지원을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.

The signing ceremonies were attended by the principals and staff of each school, as well as faculty members from the Sunlin University School of Nursing, to discuss cooperation plans. The agreements were established to provide students with diverse field experiences through close collaboration between the schools and the university, and to enhance the quality of practice-oriented education.
