대전광역시교육청이 교사들의 자발적인 연구 문화 확산과 수업 전문성 강화를 위해 비대면 워크숍의 장을 열었다.
대전시교육청은 16일 관내 초등 교원 108명을 대상으로 ‘2026학년도 초등 수업 혁신 사례 연구대회 설명회 및 우수 사례 공유 워크숍’을 줌(ZOOM)을 통해 개최했다.
이번 워크숍은 수업 혁신을 고민하는 교사들이 한자리에 모여 실질적인 교수·학습 전략을 나누고 연구대회 준비를 위한 노하우를 공유하는 기회로 마련됐다.
워크숍에서는 2025학년도 전국 초등 수업 혁신 사례 연구대회에서 1등급을 수상한 교사가 직접 강사로 나서 자신만의 연구 과정과 수업 설계 전략을 공개했다. 이어 2026학년도 연구대회에 대한 상세한 설명이 더해져 참가자들의 열띤 호응을 얻었다.
대전시교육청은 그동안 학생 참여 중심 수업과 과정 중심 평가를 안착시키기 위해 수업 혁신 사례 발굴에 매진해 왔다. 이러한 노력의 결과로 2025학년도 전국대회에서 총 32명의 입상자를 배출하는 등 교사들의 높은 연구 역량을 입증한 바 있다.
교육청은 앞으로도 교사들이 교육과정의 핵심 역량을 현장에서 구현할 수 있도록 우수 수업 모델을 발굴하고, 이를 학교 현장에 널리 확산시키는 선순환 구조를 만들 계획이다.

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education has opened a venue for a non-face-to-face workshop to spread a culture of voluntary research among teachers and strengthen their teaching expertise.
On the 16th, the Daejeon Office of Education held the "2026 Academic Year Elementary Classroom Innovation Case Research Competition Briefing and Best Practices Sharing Workshop" via Zoom for 108 elementary school teachers in its jurisdiction.
This workshop was organized as an opportunity for teachers contemplating classroom innovation to gather in one place to share practical teaching and learning strategies and to exchange know-how for preparing for the research competition.
During the workshop, a teacher who won first place in the 2025 National Elementary Classroom Innovation Case Research Competition served as a lecturer to personally share their unique research process and lesson design strategies. This was followed by a detailed explanation of the 2026 research competition, which garnered an enthusiastic response from the participants.
The Daejeon Office of Education has been dedicated to discovering examples of classroom innovation to establish student-centered instruction and process-oriented evaluation. As a result of these efforts, the high research capabilities of teachers have been demonstrated, including the production of a total of 32 winners at the 2025 National Competition.
The Office of Education plans to continue creating a virtuous cycle by identifying excellent teaching models to enable teachers to implement the core competencies of the curriculum in the field, and by widely disseminating them to schools.
