황인호 대전 동구청장 예비후보가 ‘AI 중심의 지역사회 안전망’ 구축을 골자로 하는 재난 대응 공약을 제시하며, 스마트 안전도시로의 대전환을 선언했다.
황 예비후보는 16일 세월호 참사 12주기와 문평동 화재 참사 등을 계기로 우리 사회의 반복되는 재난 사고를 근본적으로 방지하기 위해 동구의 행정 체계를 안전 중심으로 전면 재편하겠다고 밝혔다.
이를 위해 인공지능(AI)과 빅데이터를 결합한 지능형 재난 대응 시스템을 동구 전역에 도입하겠다는 구상이다.
핵심 방안으로는 ‘통합 재난 관제 체계’ 마련이 꼽힌다.
