【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 17일 오후 2시, 유아의 전인적 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위해 <아이성장 책임유치원> 교원 60명을 대상으로 역량강화 연수를 실시했다.
<아이성장 책임유치원>은 언어 및 사회·정서 발달지연 유아를 조기에 발견하고, 전문기관과 연계한 적기 지원을 통해 유아의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원한다.
이번 연수는 발달지연 유아 지원을 위한 교원의 전문성을 높이고 유아 간 교육격차를 완화하기 위해 마련됐으며, 충북교육청 <다채움>에서 제공하는 온라인 화상회의 서비스 <채움모니터>를 활용해 비대면으로 진행됐다.
건국대학교 신지현 교수가 강사로 참여해 <교실에서 시작하는 발달지연 유아 조기 발견 및 맞춤 지원>을 주제로 사례 중심 강의를 진행했다. 교실 내 발달 특성 관찰과 학부모 상담을 통한 지원 전략 설계 등 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 내용에 중점을 뒀다.
또한 <아이성장 책임유치원> 운영 활성화 방안에 대한 협의도 함께 이뤄져 현장 중심 지원 체계를 강화하는 계기가 됐다.
홍승표 유초등교육과장은 “유아의 발달지연을 조기에 발견하고 적절히 지원하는 것은 이후 성장에 중요한 기반이 된다.”라며 “현장 교원의 전문성 강화를 통해 모든 유아가 균형 있게 성장할 수 있는 교육환경을 만들어가겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
