이번 행사는 일상 속 스트레스와 우울감을 완화하고 정신건강에 대한 인식을 높이기 위해 마련됐으며, 주민들이 보다 편안하게 정신건강 서비스를 접할 수 있도록 ‘찾아가는 방식’으로 진행됐다.
콘서트는 현악 연주와 성악, 합창 공연 등 다채로운 무대로 꾸며져 관람객들에게 음악을 통한 치유와 공감의 시간을 선사했다.
또한 정신건강 인식 개선을 위한 퀴즈 프로그램도 함께 진행돼 참여형 행사로 분위기를 더했다.
행사장에서는 지역 유관기관이 함께 참여한 체험·홍보 부스도 운영됐다.
