울진군의회, 제248회 제1차 정례회 개회

울진군의회(의장 장선용)는 10일 제248회 울진군의회 제1차정례회 개회를 시작으로 19일간의 회기에 들어갔다.

울진군의회에 따르면 이번 제1차 정례회에서는 6월 14일부터 6월 22일까지 2021년 행정사무감사를 실시하고, 김창오 의원이 발의한 ‘울진군 입양가정 지원 조례안’과 울진군수가 제출한 ‘2020회계연도 결산 승인의 건’ , ‘2021년도 제2회 추가경정예산안’ , ‘울진군 주민참여 예산제 운영 조례 일부개정조례안’ 등 17건을 심의.의결할 예정이다.

한편 이날 제1차 본회의에서 5분 자유발언 통해 장시원 의원은 울진군 신축공공건물 누수의 문제점과 대안 제시로 울진군의 적극적인 행정 조치를 요구하고, 김창오 의원은 죽변항을 연계한 지역발전의 청사진을 제시하며 지역 경쟁력을 높여줄 것을 제안했다.

장선용 의장은 개회사를 통해 “‘위기가 곧 기회다’는 신념을 갖고 지역발전의 새로운동력 창출을 모색하며, 분열과 갈등을 화해와 화합으로 이끌고 군민의 소리를 적극 경청하여 군민들에게 믿음을 주는 의회가 되겠다”고 하면서 “아울러 급변하는시대를 맞아 공무원들은 책임과 소신을 갖고 군민의 봉사자로서투명한 행정을 추진해달라”고 당부했다.
