한중교류촉진위원회(韩中交流促进委员会)는 급변하는 국제환경에 대응해 ESG센터 조직을 보다 구체화하고, ‘생태문명, 탄소중화 플랫폼’ 준비를 위해 이동기(행정학박사) 한국공공정책평가협회 전남지회장을 한중교류촉진위원회의 호남지회장으로 위촉했다고 3일 밝혔다.
이에 ‘우리의 미래, 지구의 생명, 생태문명’을 기반으로 한, 인간과 자연이 함께하는 국제공동체 안에서 실천할 수 있는 활성화 방안을 추진하고, 또 역사를 살펴보면 ‘생태가 흥하면 문명도 흥하고, 생태가 쇠하면 문명도 쇠했다.’라는 말처럼 동서고금 누구나 막론하고 함께 지속가능한 생태문명 시대로 지향해야한다.
이동기 한중교류촉진위원회 호남지회장은 “사람과 자연의 공존, 지속가능한 미래를 꿈꿔온 호남을 ‘생태문명 환경으로의 전환’을 이끄는 데, 중추적인 역할을 수행 할 것이라고 당찬 포부”를 드러냈다
한중교류촉진위원회 이창호 위원장은 “코로나19 이후 변화의 속도는 가속화됨에 따라 한중교류촉진위원회도 국제환경 변화 속도에 맞춰 신속하고 선제적인 ‘생태문명, 탄소중화 실천 활동’ 조직으로 전환하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Korea-China Exchange Promotion Committee (韩中交流促进委员会) made the ESG center organization more concrete in response to the rapidly changing international environment and prepared the 'ecological civilization, carbon neutralization platform' Lee Dong-ki (Doctor of Public Administration), President of the Jeonnam Branch of the Korea Public Policy Evaluation Association announced on the 3rd that it has been appointed as chairman of the Honam branch of the Korea-China Exchange Promotion Committee.
Accordingly, based on 'our future, life on earth, ecological civilization', we are promoting an activation plan that can be practiced in an international community where humans and nature coexist. As the saying goes, 'Civilization has also declined.'
Lee Dong-ki, president of the Korea-China Exchange Promotion Committee, Honam Branch, expressed his strong ambition that he will play a pivotal role in leading the ‘transition to an ecological civilization environment’ in Honam, which has dreamed of coexistence of people and nature and a sustainable future.”
Chairman Lee Chang-ho of the Korea-China Exchange Promotion Committee said, “As the pace of change is accelerating after COVID-19, the Korea-China Exchange Promotion Committee will also quickly and preemptively switch to an ‘ecological civilization, carbon neutralization action’ organization in line with the pace of change in the international environment.”
