브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 공간시스템창호(대표 염현준)가 타운하우스 ‘코트야드노스힐’에 알루미늄 시스템창호를 공급한다고 27일 밝혔다.
코트야드노스힐은 지하 1층~지상 3층, 총 68세대 규모로 지어진 타운하우스다.
공간시스템창호는 코트야드노스힐에 하드웨어와 이중 기밀재를 적용한 시스템창호를 공급한다. 쾌적한 주거환경을 만들기 위해 내구성, 단열성, 기밀성, 수밀성, 내풍압성 등 창호의 기능성 보강에 초점을 맞췄다.
창호의 프레임은 열의 흐름을 끊어주는 다중 격실 구조로 이뤄져 있고, 특수 소재의 이중압출 가스켓은 일반 모헤어에 비해서 월등한 밀착성능과 내구성으로 최상의 단열과 기밀성능을 발휘한다. 유리 역시 47mm 3중 복층유리를 적용해 에너지 효율 1등급의 단열성능을 갖췄다.
공간시스템창호 관계자는 "1등급의 단열성능, 강한 내구성, 바람에 강한 내풍압성, 화재의 안정성 등 기술적 측면과 함께 디자인 측면을 꼼꼼히 따지는 수요자가 증가하는 추세"라고 설명했다.
표면 마감은 변색과 부식에 탁월한 불소도장 처리를 통해 처음 의도했던 창호의 디자인과 컬러를 유지할 수 있다. 잠금 하드웨어, 핸들 등의 부자재는 독일의 유명 시스템창호 전문기업인 지게니아社의 하드웨어가 적용됐다.
또 안으로 열리는 Turn(턴) 방식과 환기만을 위한 Tilt(틸트) 방식을 동시에 구현할 수 있어 생활의 편리성을 높였다. 여기에 고정창과의 믹스 앤 매치를 통해 다양한 창호 디자인을 구현했다.
염현준 공간시스템창호 대표는 "기존 타운하우스, 단독주택 등 고급 주택시장을 넘어 저변을 확대해 국내 알루미늄 시스템창호의 시장 점유율을 늘려나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

The frame of the window consists of a multi-room structure that cuts off the flow of heat, and the double extrusion gasket made of special materials exhibits the best insulation and airtight performance with superior adhesion and durability compared to ordinary mohair. Glass also has a thermal insulation performance of first-class energy efficiency by applying 47mm triple-layered glass.
An official from the space system window explained, "The number of consumers who carefully consider design aspects along with technical aspects such as first-class insulation performance, strong durability, wind resistance, and fire stability is on the rise."
The surface finish can maintain the design and color of the first intended window through fluorine painting treatment excellent for discoloration and corrosion. Subsidiary materials such as locking hardware and handles were applied with hardware from Zigonia, a famous German system window company.
In addition, the turn method that opens inward and the tilt method only for ventilation can be implemented at the same time, increasing the convenience of life. On top of that, various window designs were implemented through mix and match with fixed windows.
Yeom Hyun-joon, CEO of Space System Window, said, "We will expand the base beyond the high-end housing market such as existing townhouses and detached houses to increase the market share of domestic aluminum system windows."
