대구가톨릭대, 2021년 산업계관점 대학평가 최우수 학과 선정

대구가톨릭대 컴퓨터소프트웨어학부가 ‘2021년 산업계관점 대학평가’에서 컴퓨터공학(소프트웨어) 분야 최우수 학과로 선정된 소식을 알렸다.

이번 평가는 반도체, 소프트웨어, 정유석유화학 분야 학과가 마련된 47개 대학, 86개 학과를 대상으로 산업계 기반 교육과정의 설계, 운영 및 운영 성과 등을 평가하는 방식으로 진행되었다.

이를 통해 컴퓨터공학 분야 최우수 학과로 선정된 대구가톨릭대 컴퓨터소프트웨어학부는 역량진단과 커리큘럼, 평가·환류 과정을 통한 역량기반 교육체계를 개발과 교과과정 혁신위원회를 구성하여 기업체 임직원 인터뷰, 설문조사 등의 결과를 반영해 교과과정을 개편한 점을 높게 평가 받았다.

서동만 컴퓨터소프트웨어학부장은 “소프트웨어 분야 유관 기관과 지역 기업들의 수요를 바탕으로 우수한 인재를 양성하기 위한 학부의 노력을 인정받은 결과다. 지속적인 지원을 통해 보다 우수한 SW 인재를 양성할 계획”이라고 말했다.
