대구한의대, 학생강사프로그램 '나를 찾아가는시간' 실시

대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 미래라이프융합대학 프레이리성인학습지원센터(센터장 김진숙)가 ‘나를 찾아가는 시간’이라는 학생 강사프로그램을 실시했다.

최근 예체능관 303호에서 진행된‘나를 찾아가는 시간’은 재학 중인 학생이 강연자가 되어 동료 성인학습자를 대상으로 삶에서 얻은 전문적인 지식과 기술 등 교육적 자원이 되는 경험을 공유하는 프로그램이다.

이날 강사로 참여한 박찬욱 학생(평생교육융합학부·2학년)은 21년차의 직장경험과 새로운 목표를 향해 도전하고 있는 경험을 총 48명의 성인학습자들에게 공유했다.

특히, 3남매의 가장의 역할에 충실하면서 주도적인 성인학습자로서 꾸준히 학습해 온 과정은 동료 성인학습자들에게 공감대 형성하고 동기를 부여했다.

김진숙 교수(프레이리성인학습지원센터장)는 “학생 강사프로그램은 각자 다른 경험의 교육적 자원을 공유하며 성인학습자들의 잠재력과 재능을 펼칠 수 있는 학습기회를 제공한다.”며 “성인대학생의 직무능력 함양과 창직을 위해 지속적으로 진행할 것이다.”고 전했다.
