'한국사학진흥재단법 시행령' 개정안, 국무회의 의결

이번 시행령 개정으로 법률에서 위임한 청산지원계정 자금의 융자 대상·조건·회수 등에 관한 사항과 융자신청에 대한 사항을 규정하여 ‘22년부터 사학진흥기금의 ’청산 융자금‘ 지원을 통해 교직원에 대한 체불 인건비, 청산 소요 비용 등을 우선 변제할 수 있게 되었다.

또한, 한국사학진흥재단의 원활한 사업 수행을 위해 정부가 출연금을 지급할 수 있도록 정부 출연금의 지급방법 및 사용·관리에 관한 세부사항도 개정되어, 사학기관 경영개선을 위한 다양한 업무 수행의 기반을 마련했다.
