대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 미래라이프융합대학 프레이리성인학습지원센터(센터장 김진숙)가 창·취업교육과정 ‘인지학습지도사 양성과정’을 운영했다고 밝혔다.
프레이리성인학습지원센터는 최근 이틀간에 걸쳐 평생교육융합학부 성인학습자 총 59명을 대상으로 창·취업교육과정인 ‘인지학습지도사 양성과정’을 운영했다고 밝혔다.

이번 과정을 통해 센터는 성인학습자들에게 인지학습상담 분야의 전문지식을 교육하여 인지학습상담 프로그램 개발 및 기획할 수 있는 역량을 갖출 수 있게 했다.
또한 학습자들은 기본적인 인간의 인지 능력이 학습자의 환경적, 정서적, 외부적 요인에 따라 발달지연, 지적장애, ADHD(주의력 결핍/과잉행동장애) 등 장애 학습자의 인지 특성과 학습자 개개인별 학습 수준을 이해할 수 있었다.
김차연 성인학습자는 “인지학습지도사 양성과정을 통해 인간의 심리에 대한 정보와 지식 그리고 장애 문제 해결을 위한 상담 등의 유익한 것들을 배울 수 있었다.”며 “향후에 심도 깊은 강의가 이어지면 좋겠다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.
인지학습지도사 강의를 맡은 전우철 교수는 “인지는 우리 인간의 일상생활, 학습, 대인관계, 정서조절 등 살아가면서 겪는 일련의 문제에 해결책을 발휘해야하는 인간의 지적 능력이다”며 “개인마다 인지하는 기능이 다르므로 학습에 어려움을 지닌 아동의 인지발달 및 기초학습능력을 향상시키는 데 있어서 인지학습지도사 양성 과정이 도움이 되리라고 본다.”고 말했다.
