경북교육청이 학교안전사고 예방을 위해 안전보건전문기관과 함께 안전보건취약교 안전점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
교육청은 도내 재해 발생교와 3식교(조·중·석식) 등 안전보건에 취약한 100교에 대한 위험·유해 요인 점검을 위해 고용노동부가 인증한 5개 안전보건전문기관에 안전점검 위탁을 실시한다고 전했다.

이번 점검에는 2억 4천만 원의 예산이 투입되며 점검 대상 기관 100교는 1년간 매월 학교 내 시설물 안전점검 및 유해 위험기구 등에 대해 전문기관으로부터 점검을 받을 예정이다.
김동식 교육안전과장은 “이번에 실시하는 안전보건취약교 전문기관 위탁점검이 학교의 안전사고를 예방하고, 학교 현장이 안전한 교육의 장이 될 수 있도록 모두가 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
