군에 따르면 전국 표준단독주택은 약 24만호로 평균 공시가격 상승률은 7.36%이며, 경북은 3.16%, 울진군은 4.15% 상승한 것으로 조사됐고, 울진군은 작년 변동률 4.35%에 비해 상승폭이 다소 감소한 것으로 나타났다.
표준주택 공시가격은 부동산 공시가격 알리미 홈페이지 또는 표준주택 소재지 읍ㆍ면사무소에서 열람하고 이의신청할 수 있다.
국토교통부는 접수된 이의신청에 대해 재조사·산정하고, 중앙부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 3월 17일 조정 공시한다.
표준단독주택 공시가격은 전국적으로 약 414만호에 이르는 개별단독주택가격 산정의 기준이 되며, 재산세 등 각종 조세와 부담금 부과의 기초자료로 활용된다.
김중만 재무과장은 “이해관계자는 오는 23일까지 표준주택 공시가격에 대해 열람하고, 이의가 있으면 기간 내에 신청하기를 바란다”고 전했다.
