대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) 제과제빵커피과는 지역 베이커리브랜드 EOE와 산학 협력을 위한 MOU를 체결했다.

18일 대학 미래관 508호 실습실에서 열린 행사에는 EOE 박성찬 대표와 고범석 제과제빵커피과 학과장 등 양 기관의 관계자 10여명이 참석한 가운데 MOU를 체결하고, 공동 발전을 위해 상호 협력하기로 했다.

양기관은 업무협약을 통해 ▷학생 역량강화를 위한 인턴십과 현장실습 ▷학생 취업에 관한 사항 ▷전문인력 양성 관련 등 양 기관의 인적·물적 네트워크를 활용한 다양한 분야의 교류 추진을 약속했다.

제과제빵커피과 고범석 학과장은“이번 협약은 취업연계뿐 아니라 지역 외식 활성화를 위한 신호탄이 되어 줄 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다”라며 “대학의 체계적인 교육과 약진하는 지역 브랜드와의 협력을 통해 학과의 우수성을 널리 알리겠다”고 밝혔다.
