경북교육청이 일반고의 교육 역량 강화를 위한 ‘2022년 경북 일반고 육성 계획’을 발표했다.
23일 경북교육청이 발표한 ‘경북 일반고 육성 계획’은 학생들이 진로에 맞는 맞춤형 교육을 통해 희망 대학으로 진학할 수 있도록 일반고의 교육 활동을 체계화하고 적극적인 예산 투입으로 일반고가 한 단계 더 높이 성장하도록 지원하는데 목적이 있다.

일반고 육성 계획은 △자율과 개방의 맞춤형 교육과정 △성장을 이끄는 수업·평가 △꿈이룸 진로·진학의 세 영역으로 구성되어 있다.
2022년 일반고 교육 활동 영역별 성장 동력 지원을 위해 전년 대비 2배의 예산을 확보했으며 교육과정 영역에 186억 6천만 원, 수업·평가 영역에 24억 1천만 원, 진로·진학 영역에 72억 8천만 원, 총 283억 5천만 원의 예산을 지원할 예정이다.
권영근 교육국장은 “코로나19의 위기 상황을 극복해내고 있는 교육 가족들의 노력과 든든한 지원에 감사하다.”며 “어려운 상황에서도 학생들이 자신의 꿈을 마음껏 펼치며 성장할 수 있도록 일반고의 변화와 도약을 위한 체계적·지속적 지원에 총력을 기울이겠다.”고 말했다.
