인천시, 건축물 미술작품 심의위원 공개모집

(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천시가 건축물 미술작품에 대한 공정하고 객관적인 심의를 위해 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 심의위원을 새로 모집한다.

건축물 미술작품 설치 제도는 「문화예술진흥법」에 따라 건축물의 연면적 1만㎡ 이상 신·증축할 경우 건축비의 일정비율(1천분의 1이상 1천분의 7이하 범위)에 해당하는 금액을 미술작품 설치에 사용하게 하거나 또는 문화예술진흥기금에 출연하도록 하는 제도다.

그동안 인천시 건축물 미술작품 심의위원회는 당연직 5명, 민간 38명의 심의위원을 구성해 운영해 왔으나, 임기가 오는 6월 30일 만료됨에 따라 신규위원을 새로 위촉해야 한다.

인천시는 민간위원 인력풀을 기존 38명에서 46명으로 확대해 위촉할 예정이며, 추천과 공모를 병행해 모집한다는 방침이다.

모집분야는 입체, 평면, 공공디자인, 건축, 조경·환경, 안전, 평론 등 7개 전문분야를 대상으로 추천 30%(14명), 공모 70%(32명) 비율로 전문가를 구성할 계획이다.
 

추천은 예술관련 단체, 대학교 등에서 검증된 전문가를 추천받을 예정이다.

공모는 일정자격을 갖춘 해당분야 조교수 이상, 박사학위 소지자(3년 이상 경력), 석사학위 소지자(5년 이상 경력), 기술사 또는 건축사(3년 이상 경력), 모집분야 경력자(10년 이상), 학사 또는 기사(7년 이상 경력), 국내외 공모전 입상 실적이 있는 자 등을 대상으로 모집한다.

응모를 원하는 사람은 오는 6월 3일까지 방문 또는 우편 접수 및 이메일로 신청이 가능하며, 자세한 응모방법은 시 홈페이지(고시·공고)를 통해 확인할 수 있다.

이번에 선정되는 심의위원은 위촉일로부터 1년 간 활동하게 되며, 1회에 한해 연임이 가능하다.
