브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령의 부인 김건희 여사의 팬클럽 '건희사랑' 운영자인 강신업 변호사가 한 시사평론가를 향해 욕설을 쏟아냈다.
강신업 변호사는 13일 자신의 페이스북에서 유창선 시사평론가를 맹비난했다.
강신업 변호사는 "유창선 듣보잡(듣도 보도 못한 잡놈) XXX야. 지나가는 사람을 잡고 물어봐라. 강신업이 코 묻은 돈이나 탐낼 사람으로 보이더냐"라며 "유창선이라는 듣보잡이 헛소리한다. 당신이야말로 매관매직 세력과 한패인가. 어디서 수작직이냐"라고 비판했다.

강 변호사는 게시글 마다 반복해서 거친 욕설을 함께 적으며 분노를 표출했다.
그가 이처럼 유창선 평론가를 직격한 이유는 유 평론가가 강신업 변호사가 만드려고 한 모임에 대해 비판하는 글을 올렸기 때문으로 보인다.

유 평론가는 강 변호사가 '매관매직척결국민연대' 회원가입을 안내하며 '월회비 1만원으로 나라를 구한다'는 내용을 올린데 대해 "건희사랑이 단지 김건희 여사의 사진 공개 통로가 되는 것이 문제가 아니라 결국 이렇게 되는 것이 문제다. 언젠가는 터질 윤석열 정부의 지뢰라는 느낌이 든다"고 밝혔다.
유창선 평론가는 또한 페이스북을 통해 "저는 강 변호사가 추진하는 단체와 관련해 돈 문제에 대한 의혹을 제기한 바 없다"면서 "기본적으로 김 여사의 팬클럽 회장을 맡은 인사가 자신이 주도하는 단체를 만들고 회원을 모집하는 일이 여러 논란을 초래할 부적절한 일이라는 우려를 표한 것"이라고 설명했다.
이어 "그런 비판이나 우려에 대해 합리적이고 이성적인 반론이 아니라 차마 입에 담을 수조차 없는 저급한 욕설과 막말을 일삼은 것은 매우 유감스럽고 개탄할 일"이라며 "강신업 변호사가 저와 관련해 올린 글을 삭제하고 정중하게 사과할 것을 요구한다. 그렇지 않을 경우 모욕죄와 명예훼손죄로 법적 책임을 묻겠다"고 경고했다.
이에 강 변호사는 14일 다시 반박 입장을 내고 "유창선씨는 아무런 근거 없이 강신업 변호사와 강신업 변호사가 결성을 추진하는 단체의 명예를 훼손했다. 이에 관련 글을 삭제하고 정중히 사과할 것을 요청한다"고 했다.
