브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= GS리테일이 오는 18일까지 2022년 하계 채용형 인턴 모집을 위한 서류 접수를 진행한다.
채용형 인턴은 7주간 인턴 수행 후 평가에 따라 정규직으로 채용되는 제도로, 지난해 동계 채용형 인턴 모집에 이어 두 번째다.
모집분야는 편의점사업부인 GS25 영업관리, 퀵커머스사업부문, 경영지원본부, 마케팅실 등으로 00명을 채용할 예정이다. 지원 자격은 4년제 대학졸업(예정) 또는 이와 동등한 학력을 소지한 자다. 졸업 예정자의 경우 반드시 2022년 8월 졸업이 가능해야 한다.
채용 일정은 18일까지 서류접수 마감이며, 이후 AI역량검사를 진행하고 8월 중 1차 면접을 거친다. 면접 합격자는 인턴으로 입사해 7주간 인턴십 과정을 이수하게 된다. 최종 합격자 발표 및 입사는 10월 중으로 예정하고 있다.
이를 위해 GS리테일은 오늘 11일부터 메타버스 플랫폼 ‘게더타운’에서 LIVE 채용설명회를 연다. GS리테일은 올 상반기 대졸 신입사원 채용에도 메타버스를 통한 채용설명회를 진행해 지원자들에게 큰 호응을 얻은 바 있다.
GS리테일은 신입사원 채용을 기존 년 2회 상·하반기 공채에서 하계, 동계인턴십을 포함해 년 4회의 수시채용으로 변경해 진행할 예정이다.
백승종 GS리테일 인사운영팀 매니저는 “이번 인턴 채용 설명회에도 메타버스를 활용해 지원자들의 편의 및 효율을 최대한 반영했다”며 “지원자들이 긴장을 줄이고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 돌발 퀴즈 이벤트도 마련했으며 퀴즈를 맞춘 참여자에게는 선물로 원소주 패키지를 증정할 예정이다”고 말했다.
