[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 하영제 의원은 29일 인구감소지역에 대한 저출산 및 고령화 관련 보조사업 보조금에 차등 보조율을 적용할 수 있도록 하는 ‘보조금 관리에 관한 법률 일부개정법률안’을 발의했다.
