농식품부 ‘농촌공간정비사업’ 공모에서 충남 부여·청양·서천군이 선정돼 국비 225억 원 등 총 479억 원을 확보했다고 충남도가 13일 밝혔다.
지난해부터 추진 중인 이 사업은 2031년까지 총 400곳을 목표로, 농촌 생활환경을 저해하는 유해시설의 이전 및 정비를 통한 정주여건 개선이 목적이다.
1차 공모에서 부여군 은산면 나령리와 청양군 읍내리 일원, 2차 공모에서 서천군 도둔리 홍원마을과 화성리 대마굴마을 총 4개 지구 공모를 추진해 모두 선정되는 성과를 거뒀다.
부여군은 2026년까지 축사 철거·활용을 통한 정주환경 개선(정비지구), 축사 이전·집적화를 위한 기반시설 조성(이전지구) 2개 분야에 150억 원을 투입한다.
은산면은 산촌의 경관과 농촌의 생활상을 지닌 귀촌마을로 높은 성장잠재력에도 불구하고, 정주환경을 위협하는 밀집된 축사 시설이 문제점으로 지적돼 왔다.
나령리는 마을영향권 500m 내 폐축사와 무허가축사가 산재해 소음·악취·하천오염이 심각하고, 마을회관 외 생활서비스는 없는 상황이다.
