[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 신종우 부시장 주재로 시청 2층 시민홀에서 ‘2023년 정부 및 경남도 합동평가 성과향상 대책보고회’를 개최했다고 14일 밝혔다.
합동평가는 경남도가 매년 도내 18개 시군을 대상으로 행전안전부에서 주관하는 정부합동평가와 연계해 국가 주요정책과 도 역점시책의 성과 등을 종합적으로 평가하는 것이다.
이날 보고회는 정부합동평가 연계지표 86개, 도 역점시책 지표 33개 등 총 119개의 지표로, 실적이 미진한 지표에 대한 추진실적 점검 및 타 부서 협조사항 등 실적 제고 방안에 대한 활발한 논의가 이뤄졌다.
진주시는 2년 연속 최우수 달성을 목표로 지난해 미달성지표, 신규지표, 가중지표에 대한 철저한 분석, 정성지표 1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅 등의 구체적 전략을 통해 평가 대비에 만전을 기한다는 방침이다.
신종우 진주부시장은 “합동평가는 지자체가 1년 동안 추진한 주요시책에 대해 평가를 받는 것이다”며“지난해에 이어 올해도 좋은 성과를 낼 수 있도록 노력해 달라”고 당부했다.
한편, 진주시는 지난해 정부·경남도 합동평가에서 도내 최우수 시군에 선정돼 특별조정교부금 2억1500만원을 받았다.
