브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 국민연금공단 기금운용본부는 7일 보도자료를 배포하며, 2022년도 제3차 기금운용본부 신입직원 공개 모집을 통해 공단과 함께 역량을 키워나갈 주임운용역 5명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
올해 상반기 진행한 1~2차 채용과 달리 이번 3차 채용은 투자 실무 경력이 없는 사람을 대상으로 한다.
기금운용본부는 전문적인 기금 관리·운용을 위해 금융·자산운용 분야 경력자로 지원자를 제한해 매년 2~3회 기금운용직을 선발해왔다.
지난해 6월에는 운용 업무를 해보지 않은 자를 발탁해 전문 운용 인력으로 양성할 수 있도록 관련 규정을 개정해 채용문을 넓혔다.
지원서 제출 기간은 오는 20일까지이며, 접수는 공단 홈페이지에서 하면 된다. 전 채용 과정은 학력·연령·성별·가족사항 등을 적지 않는 블라인드 방식으로 이뤄진다.
기금운용본부 신입 운용역은 △서류전형 △필기전형 △1차 면접전형 △2차 면접전형 △최종합격자 발표 등의 절차를 거쳐 내년 1월 중 임용될 예정이다.
채용 예정 인원은 총 5명이며, 적격자가 없는 경우 선발하지 않거나 모집 인원 이하로 선발할 수 있다.
최종 선발된 인원은 국민연금이 직원 역량 강화를 위해 해외연수와 전문교육, 해외 투자기관 근무 기회 등을 제공하는 인력 양성 프로그램(NPS WING Program)에 참여하게 된다.
김태현 이사장은 “글로벌 운용전문가로서 비전과 포부를 가진 역량 있는 인재들이 적극적으로 지원하기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
