브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 롯데건설은 13일 보도자료를 통해 증강현실 AR(Augmented Reality) 기술을 활용한 시스템을 개발해 주거시설 운영에 도입했다고 밝혔다.
‘철산역 롯데캐슬&SK VIEW 클래스티지’ 내 사우나 시설 적용을 시작으로 올해 준공하는 반포 르엘, 가야 롯데캐슬 골드아너 등 5개 단지에 추가로 기술을 도입할 예정이다. 이후에도 적용 단지를 점차 확대할 계획이다.

롯데건설은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 올해 초 증강현실(AR) 기술을 스마트폰 앱에 구현하는 시스템을 구축했다. 스마트폰 앱을 실행하면 화면에 증강된 형태의 기계실 판넬 및 사우나시설과 함께 상세한 설명과 조작 방법, 순서가 표시된다. 이를 활용해 기계실 판넬 조작, 온도조절, 실시간 상태 점검 등을 관리자가 손쉽게 가동할 수 있다.
또한, 시설 운영 시 발생하는 AS접수도 스마트폰 애플리케이션에 입력돼 있는 문제해결 시나리오를 통해 단지 자체에서 원인을 찾아 즉시 해결할 수 있다.
