브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자 = 이유동 국민의힘 상근부대변인은 16일 논평을 통해 "국가인권위원회에 이어 법원도 사실상 박원순 전 서울시장의 성추행을 인정했다"며 "더불어민주당도 이제는 박 전 시장의 옹호와 미화를 그만 멈추기 바란다"고 밝혔다.
서울행정법원 행정8부(이정희 부장판사)는 박원순 전 시장의 배우자인 강난희 씨가 인권위를 상대로 '권고 결정을 취소하라'며 낸 소송에서 지난 15일 원고 패소 판결을 내렸다.
이유동 부대변인은 "박 전 시장 유가족 측과 민주당은 줄곧 박 전 시장의 성추행 의혹을 부인했다"며 "민주당 고민정 의원, 남인순 의원, 당시 이해찬 민주당 대표 등은 박 전 시장의 성추행을 인정하기는커녕 피해 호소인이라 지칭하며 피해자에게 2차 가해를 자행했다"고 비판했다.
