(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 23일 저소득 주민의 가계 부담을 덜기 위해 2020년부터 시행중인 ‘부동산중개보수 지원사업’의 대상을 확대해 실시하고 있다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 중개보수 지원 대상은 2억원 이하의 주택(매매,전세,월세) 계약 건으로 중개보수 비용은 전액 도비로 최대 30만 원을 지원한다.
중개보수 지원 시점은 2020년 1월 1일 거래분부터이가.
다만, 2020년 계약분은 1억원 이하 거래에만 적용되며 2021년 계약분부터 2억원 이하 거래도 지원한다.
월세의 경우는 보증금+(월세×100)으로 환산해 적용된다.
중개보수 지원을 원하는 대상 시민은 부동산 중개보수 청구서, 매매(임대차)계약서, 국민기초생활보장 수급자 증명서, 주민등록등본, 개인정보 수집·이용 및 제삼자 제공 동의서, 중개보수 영수증과 통장 사본 등을 가지고 부천시청 부동산 과로 방문하면 된다.
