직장인 60%, “이직 제의 받아봤다”..차부장급 가장 많아

직장인 과반수 이상이 직장생활 중 타 회사로의 이직 제의(스카우트 제의)를 받아 본 경험이 있다고 답했다.

 

25일 잡코리아에 따르면 직장인 1346명을 대상으로 ‘이직 제의 경험’에 대해 설문조사를 진행한 결과, 전체 응답자 중 60.1%가 ‘이직 제의를 받은 경험이 있다’고 답했다. 

 

직장인들의 이직 제의 경험은 근무하는 기업, 직무, 경력 연차별로 차이가 있었다. 

 

기업별로는 대기업과 외국계기업에 근무하는 직장인 중 이직 제의를 받은 경험이 있는 직장인이 각 73.7%, 73.8%로 가장 많았다. 이어 중견기업(62.4%) 중소기업(56.9%) 순이었다.

 

직무별로는 ‘기획’, ‘연구개발’, ‘마케팅’ 직무 직장인들이 이직 제의를 많이 받은 것으로 조사됐다.

 

‘기획직’ 직장인 중 이직 제의를 받은 경험자가 75.0%로 가장 많았고, 연구개발(72.4%) 마케팅(71.2%) 직무의 직장인 중에도 이직 제의를 받은 경험자가 많았다. 이어 △광고홍보(68.4%) △인사(67.6%) △IT/시스템운영(66.1%) 등이었다.

 

직급별로는 임원급 직장인보다 차부장급 직장인 중 이직 제의를 받은 경험자가 많았다. 차부장급 직장인 중에는 82.3%가 이직 제의를 받은 경험이 있다고 답했고, 임원급 중에는 78.9%로 조사됐다. 과장급 직장인 중 이직 제의를 받은 경험자는 70.5%였다.

 

특히, 평소 이력서를 관리해 온 직장인들이 그렇지 않은 직장인보다 이직 제의를 더 많이 받은 것으로 나타났다. 이력서 업데이트 시점별 이직 제의를 받은 직장인 비율을 분석한 결과, 성과가 발생할 때마다 이력서를 업데이트한 직장인 중 이직 제의를 받은 경험자가 72.3%로 가장 많았다. 정기적으로 이력서를 업데이트한 직장인 중에는 71.7%가 이지 제의를 받은 경험이 있다고 답해 다음으로 많았다.

 

반면, ‘가끔 이력서를 업데이트 했다(59.4%)’거나 ‘이직을 준비할 때만 업데이트 했다(50.0%)’는 직장인 중에는 이직 제의를 받은 경험자 비율이 상대적으로 낮았다.
