안양시가 올해부터 쪽방, 반지하 등 주거취약계층이 공공·민간임대 주택으로 이사하는 경우 이주비를 지원하는 ‘비정상거처 거주자 이주비 지원사업’을 추진한다고 2월 8일 밝혔다.
안양시는 비정상거처 거주자 이주비 지원 사업 예산 6,000만원을 확보해 150여 가구에 지원할 계획이다.
이주비는 주거 이전 시 발생한 이사비와 구입한 생필품 중 현금영수증, 카드전표 등으로 지출이 확인되는 비용으로 지원금은 한 가구당 최대 40만원까지이다.
이사비에 청소비, 중개수수료는 포함되지 않으며, 술, 담배, 의류, 진료비, 식사비, 사치품 등도 생필품에서 제외된다.
지원 대상은 쪽방, 반지하 등에서 공공임대 주택으로 이주하거나 주택도시보증공사의 보증금 5,000만원 무이자 대출 상품을 활용해 민간임대 주택으로 이주하는 시민이다.
이주비 지원을 희망하는 자는 전입일 기준 3개월 내에 신청서와 주거상향 대상자 유형 확인서, 계약서, 영수증 등을 지참하고 전입 주소지 관할 행정복지센터로 방문해 신청할 수 있다.
최대호 안양시장은 “주거취약계층이 보다 쾌적한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 다양한 주거정책을 추진하고 주거 안전망 구축에 더욱 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.
