(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 22일 ‘2030 국가 온실가스 감축 목표(NDC)’ 상향에 적극 대응하기 위해 공공건축물 신축 시 제로에너지 건축물 인증을 앞장서 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 제로에너지 건축물은 ‘녹색건축물 조성 지원법’에 따라 건축물에 필요한 에너지 부하를 줄이고, 신에너지 및 재생에너지를 활용해 에너지 소요량을 최소화하는 녹색건축물을 의미한다.
지난해 준공한 부천시 별빛마루도서관과 수주도서관은 제로에너지 건축물 인증을 자발적으로 취득해 저탄소·저에너지 건축물로 건립됐으며 송내국민체육센터는 법적기준(5등급)보다 높은 4등급 예비인증을 받아 2024년 준공을 목표로 공사를 진행하고 있다.
부천시는 향후 추진 예정인 공공건축 건립사업에서 제로에너지 건축물 인증 시 법적 기준보다 높은 4등급 이상을 받아 국가 제로에너지 건축물 로드맵에 부천시가 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 계획단계부터 적극 검토하고 있다.
이와 함께 녹색건축인증 취득을 통해 건축 과정에서 환경에 미칠 수 있는 부정적 요소를 크게 줄이고, 쾌적하고 건강한 환경을 만드는 데 힘을 쏟고 있다.
또, 장애물 없는 생활환경(BF) 인증을 취득해 임산부 및 장애인, 일시적 장애를 겪는 시민들이 건축물을 이용하는 데에 불편을 겪지 않도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다.
