[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 의령군(군수 오태완)은 조직 내·외부와의 소통 능력 향상을 위해 지난 2일 군청 대회의실에서 오태완 군수를 비롯한 전 직원을 대상으로 공감스피치 교육을 진행했다고 3일 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.
군은 3월 정례조회와 함께한 이번 강연은 TBN 부산교통방송 차차차 아나운서로 활약 중인 봄 아카데미&키즈스피치 김시영 대표를 초빙해 “마음을 움직이는 공감스피치”를 주제로 교육을 실시했다.
이번 교육을 통해 공직자들은 스피치의 기본자세, 화술적 측면, 보이스 트레이닝 등 각종 스피치 기법을 습득하여 군민들과 민원인들에게 더 친절하고 더 세심하게 민원처리를 해나갈 수 있는 계기를 만들었다.
이날 강사로 나선 김시영 강사는 “스피치는 말을 잘 하는 것 뿐만이 아니라, 상대방의 말을 잘 들어주는 태도도 중요하다”고 말하며, “스피치는 당당한 기본자세와 꾸준한 연습을 통해 이루어진다”고 강조했다.
오태완 군수는 “이번 스피치 교육을 통해 직원 여러분들이 대화하는 방법을 배워 민원인들과 서로 긍정적인 관계를 잘 형성하여 이를 통해 군민과의 적극적으로 소통해 나가길 바란다”고 당부했다.
