국가철도공단, ’공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP)’ 도입

국가철도공단이 ‘공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP)’을 도입을 통해 불공정거래 근절에 나서기로 했다.

28일 철도공단에 따르면 공단은 공정거래 자율준수 프로그램을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해 재무법무처를 전담부서로 지정해 CP 운영기준을 제정하고, 경영본부장을 CP 운영의 책임자인 자율준수관리자로 임명하는 등 8개 핵심 과제를 상반기 중 완료할 계획이다.

공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP : Compliance Program)은 공정거래 관련 법규를 준수하기 위해 위반행위를 조기에 발견하고 시정할 수 있도록 기업이 자체적으로 운영하는 내부준법시스템이다.

국가철도공단 김한영 이사장은 “공정한 경쟁 확립, 불공정거래 근절, 동반성장 확산 등 정부정책을 적극 선도하여 공단 경쟁력을 강화할 것”이라며 “공정거래 자율준수 문화 확산을 위해 전사적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
