세종시가 청렴한 공직문화를 조성하기 위해 부패·갑질 행위 방지 강화에 나선다고 밝혔다.
이를 위해 세종시는 25일 시청에서 ‘2023년도 상반기 청렴도 향상 대책회의’를 개최했다
최민호 시장 주재로 개최된 대책회의에는 행정·경제부시장, 실·국·본부장, 감사위원장, 운영지원과장 등이 참석했고, 이날 회의는 2022년 국민권익위원회 청렴도 평가 결과 등을 바탕으로 부패 취약 분야를 분석하고 개선 대책을 논의하는 시간으로 진행됐다.
세종시는 청렴책임관제 운영, 부패취약분야 집중감찰 등을 통해 취약분야 집중 관리에 나서는 한편 금품비위, 음주운전, 성범죄, 갑질 등 시민들의 불신을 초래하는 행위에 대해서는 직위해제, 맞춤형 복지포인트 감액, 금품.향응수수 행위 수사기관 고발기준 강화 등을 통해 엄정 대응한다는 방침이다.
세종시는 또 ‘365일 24시간 청렴 세종’을 올해 비전으로 정하고 이를 구현하기 위해 반부패·청렴 추진기반 고도화 ,청렴하고 공정한 조직문화 조성 ,부패취약분야 관리 강화 ,반부패·청렴 인식문화 확산 ,부패유발 요인 사전 정비·점검 등 5가지 전략, 20가지 과제를 본격 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.
한편 이날 회의에 이어 최민호 시장을 포함한 간부 공무원들은 청렴 실천 서약식과 부패.갑질행위 타파 퍼포먼스 등을 통해 간부공무원의 솔선 수범 의지를 다시 한 번 다짐하는 시간을 가졌다.
