충남지역 땅값이 전년 대비 평균 6.47% 하락했고, 전체 지가 총액도 16조 902억 원이 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

충남도는 이같은 내용을 포함한 올해 1월 1일 기준 도내 365만 3240필지에 대한 개별공시지가를 28일자로 결정·공시한다고 밝혔다.

충남도에 따르면, 전체 지가 총액은 6.47% 하락해 지난해 262조 2504억 원 보다 16조 902억 원 감소한 246조 1602억 원으로 조사됐다.

충남지역 1㎡당 평균 지가는 2만 9870원으로 지난해 3만 1824원 보다 1954원 하락했고, 충남도내에서 가장 가격이 높은 토지는 천안시 동남구 신부동 454-5번지(대영빌딩)로 유동인구가 높은 상업지역이며, 1㎡당 1096만 원(지난해 1190만 원)이다.

지가가 가장 낮은 토지는 논산시 양촌면 오산리 산24-4번지 자연환경보전지역 ‘임야’로, 1㎡당 306원(지난해 330원)이다.

충남지역의 올해 개별공시지가는 지난해 7.99% 상승과 달리 많이 내린 6.47% 하락률을 기록했는데, 이는 정부의 부동산 보유세 완화를 위한 공시가격 현실화 계획이 반영된 것으로 분석된다.
