인천형 기초생활보장‘디딤돌 안정소득’재산기준 완화

인천시가 28일 정부 지원기준에 부적합한 저소득층 가구를 지원하는 ‘디딤돌 안정소득’의 재산기준을 종전 1억3,500만 원에서 2억4백만 원으로 완화한다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, ‘디딤돌 안정소득’은 국민기초생활보장 제도 상 선정기준에 탈락한 인천시민 중 중위소득 50% 이하의 비수급 빈곤가구에게 최소한의 소득을 보장해 주기 위해 생계비를 지원하는 것으로, 제도권 밖 복지사각지대를 지원하는 인천시 대표 복지사업이다.

‘디딤돌 안정소득’ 대상가구로 선정되면, 4인 가구 기준 생계비로 81만 원이, 출산 시 70만원, 사망 시 80만원이 지원된다.

기존 ‘디딤돌 안정소득’ 대상자 선정기준은 중위소득 50%로, 4인가구 소득기준 월 소득 270만 원 이하, 재산기준 1억3,500만 원 이었으나 이 재산에는 실거주 주택이 포함돼 있어, 주택은 소유했지만 생활의 어려움을 겪는 경우에는 지원이 어려운 경우가 있었다.
