모범청소년으로 선정된 노영민 명지대학교 학생(22)은 파주시 대표 청소년참여기구인 청소년참여위원회와 청년서포터즈 등의 적극적인 활동을 통해 타 청소년의 귀감이 됐으며 최수현 청소년(18)은 파주시 청소년 명예시장과 청소년 운영위원회 활동을 통해 청소년들의 권리 확대를 위해 노력한 공로로 파주시장 표창장을 수상했다.
