글로벌 선도 타이어 기업 한국타이어앤테크놀로지㈜(대이하 한국타이어)의 자회사형 장애인 표준사업장 한국동그라미파트너스㈜가 대전시 유성구 소재의 하이테크 연구소 ‘한국테크노돔’에 ‘동그라미 세차장’ 3호점을 오픈했다고 24일 밝혔다.
동그라미 세차장은 사회적 약자인 장애인에게 안정적인 일자리를 제공하는 동시에 한국타이어의 임직원 복지 향상을 위해 운영하는 세차 서비스를 제공한다.
전문적인 세차 기술과 직무 교육을 이수한 장애인 직원들이 합리적인 가격에 양질의 서비스를 제공해 임직원들의 만족도가 높은 복지로 꼽힌다는게 관계자의 설명이다.
한국동그라미파트너스는 이번 3호점 신설에 맞춰 신규 직원 13명(장애인 12명, 비장애인 1명)을 추가 채용했으며, 현재 총 29명(장애인 27명, 비장애인 2명)의 직원은 지정된 사업장에서 회사 업무용 차량과 임직원 차량의 세차 서비스를 전담하고 있다.
