대전신세계 Art&Science는 백화점 내에 위치한 대전 엑스포 아쿠아리움과 과학관 신세계 넥스페리움, 대전관광공사가 함께 진행하는 ‘사이언스 나이트 캠프’ 참가자를 모집한다.
모집 프로그램은 초등학생을 대상으로 진행하는 ‘초등캠프 Fast&Fun’이다.
‘초등캠프 Fast&Fun’은 다양한 과학과 공학적 이론을 기반으로 직접 레이싱카를 제작하고 참가 학생들과 대전 엑스포 아쿠아리움에서 레이싱을 펼쳐보는 1박2일 체험 프로그램이다.
참여 학생들은 백화점 내 넥스페리움에서 체험 프로그램에 참여하고, 엑스포 아쿠아리움으로 이동해 직접 만든 레이싱카의 속도를 겨루고 1박을 하는 색다른 체험을 할 수 있다.
초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 8월 5~6일, 8월 12~13일 두 차례 진행하고, 초등학교 고학년은 8월 19일부터 20일까지 한 차례 진행한다.
