브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 미성년 자녀의 명의로 집을 구매하는 다주택자들이 여전히 많은 것으로 나타났다.
21일 민홍철 더불어민주당 의원이 국토교통부로부터 제출받은 자료에 따르면, 2018 년부터 2023년 6월까지 미성년자 주택구매건수 상위 1 위부터 100 위까지인 157 명이 구매한 주택은 모두 864 채다. 매수금액으로 보면 1175억8443만원이었다.
주택을 구입한 미성년 중 34명은 올해 기준 10대 미만의 나이였는데, 이들이 구매한 주택은 모두 233채(239억9679만원)다.
10대는 모두 102 명으로 534채를 750억6214만원에 구매했다.
구매 당시 미성년자였으나 현재 20대가 된 이들은 21명으로, 91채의 주택을 185억2550만원에 구매한 것으로 나타났다.
이에 대해 민홍철 의원은 "다주택자들이 미성년 자녀의 명의로 주택을 다수 구입하고 있는 것으로 보인다"며 "과정에서 불법 거래나 편법 증여는 없었는지 철저히 조사하고 갈수록 심각해지는 부의 양극화에 대한 대책을 마련할 필요가 있다"고 강조했다.
