(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천문화재단(이하 재단)이 오는 15일부터 30일까지 ‘부천8경’을 주제로 하는 ‘2023 마을미디어 부천사진관’ 전시회를 복사골문화센터 1층 로비에서 선보인다고 밝혔다.
재단에 따르면, ‘부천8경’은 부천시에서 올해 시승격 50주년을 맞아 선정한 아름다운 자연과 문화자원으로 백만송이 장미원, 부천자연생태공원, 진달래동산, 상동호수공원 수피아, 부천 둘레길, 한국만화박물관, 부천아트센터, 부천아트벙커B39 등이다.
재단이 운영하는 부천시민미디어센터에서 ‘부천8경’ 주제로 부천시의 정체성과 역사성, 상징성을 지닌 랜드마크를 시민 작가들의 시선으로 기록했다.
작년에는 사라져가는 대장동의 모습을 사진으로 기록한 ‘2022 마을미디어 부천사진관’ 대장동으로 부천의 역사를 담은 바 있다.
다큐멘터리 사진작가 이상엽과 시민작가 8명은 지난 10월부터 사진 이론교육과 현장 촬영을 병행하며 ‘부천 8경’의 모습을 사진으로 기록하여 이번 전시회에 24점을 공개하고 12월는 사진집으로 발간한다.
