【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터(센터장 하성)는 지역산업 및 관련 기업체 인력수요에 기반한 거점형 특화프로그램인 'SMART FACTORY 실무인재 양성과정'을 7월 1일부터 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 'SMART 안전보건', 'SMART 모빌리티', 'SMART 산업관리' 3개의 트랙으로 구성되어 있으며, 각 트랙은 산업별 맞춤형 교육과 자격시험으로 이루어질 계획이다.
가장 먼저 진행되는 'SMART 산업관리' 트랙은 △품질관리(6시그마) 직무교육 △현직자 특강 및 과제부여 실무교육으로 구성되며, 교육 이후 6시그마 그린 벨트(Green Belt) 및 블랙 벨트(Black Belt) 자격시험을 실시한다.
'SMART 안전보건' 트랙은 산업보건 및 안전관리 경영시스템 교육을 포함하며, △산업보건 및 안전관리 ISO45001 국제 인증심사원 △환경 경영시스템 ISO14001 국제 인증심사원 △경영시스템 심사스킬 ISO19011 국제 인증심사원 직무교육 과정을 제공한다. 직무교육 후에는 기업탐방 및 현직자 실무교육, 자격시험이 진행된다.
'SMART 모빌리티' 트랙은 자동차 및 부품 설계를 위한 3D 설계 시스템 교육을 제공하며, △CAD 활용 직무교육 △설계 시스템 CATIA 활용 직무교육 △현직자 특강 및 실무교육 과정으로 구성된다. 교육 후에는 CAD와 CATIA 자격시험 및 취업 지원이 이루어진다.
이번 프로그램은 고용노동부 대학일자리플러스센터 사업의 하나로 고용노동부, 경상북도, 경주시의 지원으로 교육비와 자격응시료 등 제반 비용이 지원된다.
재학생, 휴학생, 졸업생뿐만 아니라 15세~34세 미취업 지역 청년 모두 동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 학생경력관리시스템에서 참가 신청이 가능하다.
또한 동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스 대학일자리플러스센터는 프로그램에 참여한 지역청년 및 졸업자(졸업예정자 포함)를 대상으로 8월부터 10월까지 각 트랙과 관련된 채용 동향, 취업 준비 요령, 입사지원서 1:1 피드백, 면접 스크립트 기반 1:1 지도, 채용 알선 등의 사후 지원을 통해 청년 취업률을 증진하고, 참여자의 만족도를 제고할 예정이다.
