[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시가 ‘제133회 토목시공기술사’ 자격시험에 최종 합격했다.
반도체국가산단과에서 근무 중인 주승환 주무관(시설8급)이 한국산업인력공단에서 시행한 토목시공기술사는 국내에서 인정받는 토목 분야 최고 수준의 기술 자격증으로 꼽힌다. 국토 건설산업의 조사와 계획, 연구, 설계 등 토목산업 전반에 대한 전문지식과 실무, 응용력을 겸비한 전문가에게 부여된다.
4일 시에 따르면 주승환 주무관은 민간기업에서 근무하다 2018년 공직에 입문한 소식을 전했다. 이후 주 주무관은 ▲용인 에코타운 조성 민간투자사업 ▲용인시 하수처리시설 민간투자사업 ▲백암 가축 분뇨공공처리시설 설치사업 등 주요 업무를 담당하면서 성실성과 전문성 부분에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
‘토목시공기술사’ 자격증을 취득한 주 주무관은 향후 시에서 진행하는 각종 건설 사업의 연구와 설계, 평가, 감독·기술자문 업무에 참여할 수 있다.
