브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 블랙핑크 멤버 겸 배우 지수가 최근 불거진 가족 관련 논란에 대해 입장을 밝혔다.
지수의 소속사 블리수 법률대리인 김앤장 법률사무소 은현호 변호사는 20일 입장문을 내고 “현재 제기되고 있는 사안은 아티스트 및 블리수와는 전혀 무관한 사안이며, 온라인상에 유포되고 있는 다수의 내용은 확인되지 않은 추측 또는 명백한 허위사실에 해당한다”며 말문을 열었다.
이어 “아티스트는 어린 시절 연습생 생활을 시작하며 일찍이 독립해 오랜 기간 가족과 떨어져 지내왔고, 해당 인물의 사생활에 대해 인지하거나 관여할 수 없는 상황”이라며 “아티스트는 블리수의 설립준비과정에서 관계자들과의 협의를 위해 가족 구성원들로부터 일부 제한적인 조언 및 대화의 전달자로 도움을 받은 사실은 있으나, 당시부터 지금까지 가족구성원이 블리수로부터 보수를 받거나, 의사결정에 참여를 한 사실이 전혀 없다. 이후에는 가족구성원들과 일체의 관련 없이 완전히 독립적으로 경영돼 왔다”고 전했다.

마지막으로 “사실과 다른 내용을 지속적으로 유포하거나, 아티스트의 이름, 초상, 이미지를 무관한 사안에 결부시켜 소비·확산시키는 행위는 명백한 권리 침해 및 명예훼손에 해당한다”며 “▲허위사실 유포 및 명예훼손 게시물 작성·배포 행위 ▲아티스트의 이름, 초상, 이미지를 무관한 사안에 이용하는 행위 ▲사실 확인 없이 추측성 내용을 기사화 또는 콘텐츠화하는 행위. 특히 악의적이거나 반복적인 게시물 작성자 및 유포자에 대해서는 어떠한 선처나 합의 없이 강경 대응할 방침임을 분명히 밝힌다”고 덧붙였다.
최근 유명 걸그룹 멤버의 친오빠 A씨가 여성 BJ를 성추행하고, 아내 폭행 의혹에 휩싸였다는 보도가 나와 논란이 일었다. 이후 일각에서는 A씨가 지수의 친오빠라는 추측이 확산됐고, 이에 소속사 측이 대응에 나선 것으로 보인다.
