[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] NH농협은행 경남본부는 16일 경남본부에서 6급 새내기 신규직원 30명을 맞이하는 ‘임용장 교부식’을 실시했다.

이날 행사에는 조청래 NH농협은행 경남본부장, 류승완 전국금융산업노동조합 NH농협지부 경남위원장 등이 참석해 치열한 경쟁을 뚫고 채용된 신규직원을 환영하고 축하해 주었다.

금번 채용된 신규직원은 3주간 직무교육을 수료한 후 2025년 1월 6일부터 경남에 위치한 영업점으로 배치될 예정이다.

또한 온라인으로 실시되는 후속 실무교육과 1:1 직무 멘토링 제도를 통해 빠른 시간 내에 은행원으로서의 역량을 갖춰 지역 주민에게 양질의 금융서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원할 예정이다.
