브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= (주)에쓰앤디가 시행하고 반도건설이 시공하는 ‘동래 반도유보라’가 오는 3월 분양을 앞두고 있다.
부산 동래구 낙민동 76-1번지 일원에 위치한 해당 단지는 지하 3층 ~ 지상 최고 42층, 3개 동에 주거 선호도가 높은 전 세대 전용면적 84㎡ 타입, 총 400가구 규모로 들어선다.
해당 단지는 도보로 부산 지하철 동해선 동래역, 4호선 낙민역, 1호선 교대역을 이용 할 수 있다. 특히, 동해선 동래역 인근에는 ‘동래구 생활복합센터’(2027년 개관 예정)가 조성될 예정이다. 이곳에는 공공도서관, 생활문화센터, 다함께 돌봄센터, 영유아 체육놀이방, 북카페 등 다양한 생활 편의시설이 들어설 계획이다.
