브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 국책연구기관인 한국보건사회연구원(보사연)은 3일 우리나라 국민들은 다양한 사회갈등 중 진보와 보수 갈등이 가장 심각하다고 느끼고 있다는 조사결과를 발표했다.
보사연이 발간한 '사회통합 실태진단 및 대응방안' 보고서에 따르면 지난해 6월 1일부터 8월 9일까지 전국 19세~75세 국민 3011명을 대상으로 질문지를 이용한 대면 면접조사를 진행한 결과, 우리 사회의 갈등도는 4점 만점에 3.04점으로 응답했다.
유형별로 보면, 가장 심각한 사회 갈등으로 '진보와 보수 간 갈등(3.52점)'를 꼽았다.
진보·보수 간 갈등은 2018년에 3.35점, 2023년 3.42점, 2024년 3.52점으로 계속해서 상승하는 추세다.
중장년층이 청년 및 노년층에 비해 갈등 정도가 높다고 응답했으며 농어촌 거주자가 대도시 및 중소도시 거주자에 비해 갈등이 심각하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.
이어 ▲지역 간(수도권과 지방) 갈등 3.06점 ▲노사갈등(정규직과 비정규직) 2.97점 ▲빈부갈등 2.96점 ▲대기업과 중소기업 갈등 2.81점 순이었다.
가장 갈등 수준이 낮은 것은 기존 주민과 이주민 갈등(2.65점)과 젠더 갈등(2.6점)이 꼽혔다.
정부에 대한 신뢰는 사법부, 행정부, 입법부 순으로 나타났다.
응답자 중 사법부에 대해 '매우 신뢰한다'는 4.08%, '다소 신뢰한다'는 응답은 39.57%로, 긍정 평가가 43.65%로 나타났다. 반면 56.34%는 '거의 신뢰하지 않는다'고 답변했다.
행정부에 대해서는 39.07%가 신뢰한다고 응답했다.
입법부에 대한 긍정평가는 24.59%인 반면, '거의 신뢰하지 않는다'는 응답은 75.41%였다.
지난해 사회통합에 대한 인식은 10점 만점에 4.32점이었다.
한국인인 것이 자랑스럽다는 '국가 자부심' 응답은 84.48%로 나타났다.

Among the respondents, 4.08% responded that they 'trust very much' the judiciary, 39.57% responded that they 'trust somewhat', and 43.65% gave a positive evaluation. On the other hand, 56.34% responded that they 'almost do not trust it'.
Regarding the executive branch, 39.07% responded that they trust it.
While the positive evaluation of the legislative branch was 24.59%, 75.41% responded that they 'almost do not trust it'.
Last year, the perception of social integration was 4.32 out of 10.
The response of 'national pride', which means being proud to be Korean, was 84.48%.
