태안군민들이 ‘가로림만 해상교량 건립’을 염원하며 목소리를 높이고 있다.
‘가로림만 해상교량 건설 사업 범군민 추진위원회’(공동위원장 가세로·김원대, 이하 추진위)는 3월 6일 현재 서명운동 참여자가 1만 4천 명을 돌파했다고 밝혔다.
이는 해상교량 건립에 대한 군민들의 관심이 크게 높아지고 있음을 보여준다.
추진위는 군민 참여 분위기를 조성하기 위해 각종 행사와 주요 시설에 서명부를 비치하고, 지역 향우회에 협조를 요청하는 등 적극적인 활동을 펼치고 있다.
또한, 8개 읍면 이장단과 논의를 진행하고 학생들에게 가로림만 건립의 필요성을 알리는 등 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 추진위는 이번 달 말까지 4만 명의 서명을 목표로 하고 있다.
